New Zealand College of Chiropractic

About the provider

The New Zealand College of Chiropractic was established in 1994 by the New Zealand Chiropractors' Association and has since become a leader in chiropractic education with an international reputation for excellence.

In 1999, ownership was transferred to the New Zealand Chiropractic Education Trust Board.

The College offers a state of the art Chiropractic Centre and is home to the Centre for Chiropractic Research. Students are primarily skilled in spinal analysis and chiropractic techniques. Most students are employed immediately after graduation with many students receiving job offers in their final year of study.

The philosophy of chiropractic is vitalistic in that it acknowledges the body's ability to self-regulate, coordinate and heal. This philosophy guides our curriculum, strategy and culture throughout the College.
