About the course

The LLB degree introduces students to the body of legal knowledge and skills to practise law in New Zealand. It prepares students for a wide variety of careers, including barristers and solicitors, careers in government or private enterprise, or for further postgraduate study. Graduates will be able to conduct research; analyse and order complex facts; identify relevant issues; exercise good judgement and will possess highly-developed written and oral communication skills.

A New Zealand university entrance qualification, or equivalent with selection to second year based on academic performance.
