Develop your skills in remedial massage.
This Level 6 qualification will enable you to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate remedial massage therapy interventions to address musculoskeletal dysfunction. Upon graduating you will be well prepared to communicate and work with allied health, wellness and medical professionals in specialist services.
Prerequisite for entry is the NZ Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage [Level 5] or equivalent.
PLEASE NOTE: This course will run subject to sufficient enrolments.
Outline
The NZ Diploma in Remedial Massage is a one year full-time, or equivalent part-time programme, which offers you stimulating studies leading towards a qualification as a remedial massage therapist.
This programme provides practical and theoretical knowledge and skills in massage.

Your Future Career & Study Opportunitie
Graduates of this diploma can go on to study the Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science [Level 7].
Update your current massage skills and/or gain entry to work as a remedial massage therapist in a broad range of remedial massage settings such as home-based massage therapy or mobile clinic, community based massage therapy clinics, multi-disciplinary clinics and sports teams.
